With tax-free purchases, V.A.T is returned to non European Union residents. The return of V.A.T is carried out by Tax Free
Office, after custom control and provided that the following conditions are in total effect:
- The customer is a non permanent European Union resident.
- The market value according to the receipt should exceed 120,00 (sum with V.A.T per receipt)
- The export of goods take place within 3 months.
