How do i get informed about the discounts I am entitled to?
Your card is updated within the next 24 hours after your last buy. At any time you can get informed about the status of your
account, either through our staff in the customer service department, or through the dedicated kiosks inside our stores.
What happens if…
… I wish to cash-in the discount I am entitled to?
You may cash-in the discount you are entitled to by showing your ID card & Prakticard to the information department in any
Praktiker store. The discount will be given to you in the form of a gift voucher.
...I wish to know how long the purchases I gathered will remain valid?
The purchases you have gathered will remain valid as long as you do not ask for the discount you are entitled to.
…I have lost my Prakticard
Inform the information desk at your Praktiker store about the loss of your card. A new card will be issued immediately and
you’ll be able to continue your purchases. Please note that the puchases you had gathered with your lost card are maintained
and transferred to your new card.
… I forgot to show my card to the cashier?
In order to participate in the “buy and earn” program, you need to show your card to the cashier.
…I wish to return some products?
You may return products provided you have kept the purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of those returned products
will automatically be deducted from your total purchases.
…I don’t know if my card is valid?
The Prakticard remain valid indefinitely.
…I have moved?
Please inform immediately the customer service center about your new address at the Praktiker store your card was issued.
…I would like to know what happens to my personal data?
As soon as you acquire your Prakticard, your data in stored and processed by our system. If you have consented to it, we will
use your data in order to conduct internal market analysis, so as to improve our offer and services to you. Otherwise, the
processing of your data is restricted to the necessary information.
